Oct 1-3, 2010 ~ Unity 2012 planning meeting in Pinawa, MB at Wilderness Edge.  Registrations Due by August 15, 2010.

 Arrive at Winnipeg Airport before 3pm for the ride out to Wilderness Edge

3:30pm Shuttle out to Pinawa leaves Airport (2 ½ hour drive)

4:00pm Optional Shuttle to Pinawa leaves Chancery Area (2+ hour drive)

4:15pm Optional Shuttle to Pinawa leaves Transcona Area (<2 hour drive)

7pm Simple Supper (Includes soup, salad bar and mini-buffet.(i.e. chili, fries, buns and dessert)

8pm Settle in Room and tour around retreat center (Mtg area: Pinawa Room)

9pm Snack

9:30pm Theater booked for 2 hours (30 theatre seats – 16 ft screen – surround sound – accepts DVD’s)

3:00pm Hayride – 1.5hrs – guided tour of Pinawa

5:30pm Supper

7:00pm Meet in Pinawa Room

9:00pm Snack

9:30pm Theater booked for 2 hours (30 theatre seats – 16 ft screen – surround sound – accepts DVD’s)

8:30am Breakfast

9:30am Meet in Pinawa Room for Liturgy

10:30am Coffee/Tea/ice Water service in dining room

12:00pm Lunch and pack up

1:00pm Meet in Pinawa Room for final goodbyes

2:00pm Depart for Winnipeg (2 ½ hour drive to airport)

4:30pm Arrive at Airport

Option: a paper lunch bag with 2 Fresh sandwiches, 1 Beverage, 1 Bag Chips, 1 Fruit, 1 Dessert.         $4 per person/per meal surcharge – available for Sunday at 1pm for your ride home/supper.

Saturday hayride ~ Using a tractor and hay wagon they provide a great tour of the area. Bring your camera for wildlife pictures and enjoy the great outdoors.
